Since a young age, I possessed prodigious mathematical and brilliant creative capabilities by being diagnosed with neural overgrowth in the area of the cerebral cortex resulting in a form of autism, and after I had an accident that cracked and expanded my skull a few millimeters enabling the further increase of my neocortex, later multiple events and revelations have further changed my cognitive capabilities and have amplified my consciousness combined with the interaction of Nootropics and Psychedelic drugs and hardcore Video Games since youngest age.
Ever since I was a child, with a three-dimensional memory I perceived the world as fundamental equations and computational specifications of the universe and I pioneered the atomic algorithms and digital equations which are explaining how all the modes into which atoms and molecules can be arranged and structured into extremely complex modalities and how they interact into a system, biological structures or biochemical processes are actually mathematical in nature and can be computationally decoded and simulated inside powerful quantum supercomputers, where the whole biology can be atomically decoded down to the level of genes, protein folding processes, molecules, biological nanostructures, and cells and computationally simulated.
All these systems are mathematically coordinated from the central modules of functionality which are the atoms and molecules realizing atomic computations.
Unlike transistor logic gates such as PMOS, NMOS, and CMOS functioning on Boolean logic or the storage and processing medium of DNA in the form of a quaternary code, information can be encoded into all sorts of patterns, so we could encode information into artificial molecules, which could enable programmable materials or new types of reconfigurable computers, also digital information can be encoded at the fundamental scale directly into three-dimensional atomic structures and new forms of engineered molecules forming ever-increasing hierarchies of complexity and density, and my atomic algorithms are essentially dictating the fundamental reactions of atomic structures and chemical reactions doing specific computations into any physical system, but we need Atomic 3D nanoscanners capable to three-dimensionally analyze these structures in great detail and show the precise proximity and reactions between every atom in a system.
In my digital equations, the atoms react with each other similar to how a computer computes, but with specific predestined parameters of functionality, and any biological system has its own mathematical specifications.
We could decode reality through quantum nanocomputing-based A.Is down to mathematical models, which should represent the ultimate set of specifications and we could simulate it mathematically at a quantum level.
All existing physical structures from the universe are based on three-dimensional atomic arrangements, randomly organized systems, and biological laws of functionality in the case of living organisms, encoded into genomic sequences, and the great complex interaction between particles, behind the neural structure where every synapse contains approximately 1000 molecular scale logic gates, down to the level of individual neurotransmitters which combined with massive neural parallelism enables current-level human intelligence and consciousness.
A long time ago I invented digital physics in order to describe the computational capabilities of the universe and physics laws and to prove that everything is computational in nature and substitutes for information technology, a new area of research named Atomic Mathematics and digital algorithms were required to describe all existing interactions and processes between atomic structures in order to create a physical/quantum effect and this could be a definitely possible route toward the great Singularity.
For instance, all the modes into which the atoms are arranged three-dimensionally into molecular structures and the neural cells inside our skulls forming higher-level neural networks could be decomposed into atomic algorithms and reduced to computer algorithms serving as the digital information of atomic structures hosted by the human brain.
We could use my atomic mathematics in order to emulate all physical and biological processes, computationally simulating the interaction of all existing atoms and large biomolecules such as proteins which are forming the neuroproteomics.
While the human brain’s memory capacity in the average adult can store trillions of bytes of information, just the cerebral cortex alone has 125 trillion synapses where every single synapse can store 4.7 bits of information and every molecule is more like a powerful computer and even a single synapse contains about 1000 molecular scale switches, so we would need to simulate the structure and functions of quintillions upon quintillions of molecules as well as all the rules that govern how they interact and compute information, so you'll need computers that are quintillion of times more powerful than today technology, which would be developed over next 30 years.
In order to mathematically decode all functioning mechanisms of our mind and consciousness at the fundamental scales we need to precisely three-dimensionally scan the neural structure down at the atomic resolution with advanced nanoscanners and through self-replicating molecular nanomachines, then the human brain connectome would be decomposed down at the atomic scale into virtual atoms describing all the modes into which the physical atoms are organized and how are interacting inside our skulls and around us, where knowing all the modes into which these atoms are arranged and how they interact, the atomic structures would be further decomposed into digital information, where my Atomic Algorithms would explain all existing interactions of atoms from the neural structure and this could be the only way to reach and surpass computers the capability of the human brain.
It is right that in the case of chemistry and biology every system increases into complexity starting from the atomic scale, but my atomic algorithms are capable to decode at the atomic level all existing hierarchies of complexity and density behind all existing phenomena explaining the basic mechanisms behind it.
All the existing neurochemical and proteomic processes from the human brain down to every neurotransmitter, protein, and hormone could be quantum mechanically simulated digitally with all the right parameters so that all biochemical and organic processes should result in digital equations, revealing to us the basic schematics of the biological systems down at the fundamental scale.
In the case of human brain uploads because of the brain's particular architecture and discovering the mechanisms of consciousness we may be able to rewrite and improve them without limits, pushing them to the maximum limits allowed by Nanotech, so we may be able to accelerate their processing speed a billion times and increase almost infinitely consciousness levels relatively easily by expanding the complexity and density of neuro-modules in the Neocortex and augmenting and increasing their efficiency, they will also operate at Petahertz frequencies and utilize quantum computing capabilities.
I do also observe that for an A.I to simulate a whole human body on the quantum nanocomputers should be sufficient to simulate the information content stored in the DNA of every cell, which is the biological operating software of an organism, and since each human cell weights about one nanogram and contains 1.5GB of data, we could encode A, T, G, C as 00,10,11,01 with a 6 billion genome sequence, then the information content should be automatically 1.5GB, but in the case of quantum computations, an N qubit quantum computer can store 2^N bit information, so should be sufficient to use at most 34 Qubit to simulate a single cell of human body and there are 70 trillion cells to simulate so that is an approximate equivalent of 80 zettabytes of information which is is 2^80-bit information roughly, based on this calculation because of the absurd capability of quantum superposition and exponential growth with each new Qubit, a 100 Qubit computer should be mostly sufficient to simulate the entire human body, anyway, I do also observe that the decoherence will be the greatest challenge in quantum simulations.
We also know that 1 gm of human DNA can store up to 700 terabytes of information, and to simulate 1 gram of DNA we will require 700×1024^4×2^3=2^53 bits. So 53 qubits should be enough, but we also have to move further and multiply the computing power of quantum computers from qubits to qutrits with three superpositioned quantum states and qudits, with up to 10 superpositioned quantum states, this will dramatically increase the capability of the simulation further making it even more plausible.
